Good, smart man

"I count him braver who overcomes his desires than him who conquers his enemies; for the hardest victory is over self."

Wow.

That's a good one. I was reading a book of quotes the other day, and one went something like this: "He who does not fail does not do much." Too often, I don't do anything, because I want to do it the 'right way,' but I know that sometimes that means I end up doing nothing, which does no good!

Thats a good quote, too. I wonder if these people sit and think for hours and hours. Then they finally come up with a meaningful, memorable quote. Hmm . . .

How about this -- "He who sits for hours coming up with memorable quotes does not have much of a life"
no, too bulky
guess i'll have to sit for hours and figure out how to pare this down :D

I would just like to sit for hours and hours. Its been a long time since I have had leisure time. Wait, thats not true. Spring break was leisurely. Hmm. Well, I didn't come up with any groundbreaking quotes during spring break, so I guess that blows my theory.
